    The City of Pflugerville offices will be closed in observance of Memorial Day, Monday May 30, 2016. The Pflugerville Library, Animal Shelter, Recycle Center, Recreation Center and city offices will be closed. Trash and recycling pickup will not be affected. If you need assistance when the city is closed, call the citizen communications hotline at the Police Department at 512-251-4004. In an emergency, call 9-1-1.
