  3. Classical Artists Concert Series - Franz Liszt in Pflugerville

April 24, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ First United Methodist Church - Main Sanctuary

Considered the greatest pianist and charismatic performer of the 19th century, Franz Liszt had a truly far-reaching impact on the development and modernization of the piano and piano repertoire, composing some of the world’s most beloved and recognizable works for the piano. Michael Schneider performs and acts in this imaginative and engaging monodrama which explores both the charismatic side and the spiritual aspects of Liszt’s life and works. Complete with power point backdrops and performances by Michael Schneider, Pflugerville’s Resident Concert Pianist, of some of the most virtuosic repertoire. Donations accepted at the concert will be applied toward the remaining amount of the piano fund. This is a family/kid friendly program which is artistic, entertaining, and educational! Light reception/meet the artist afterwards. Sponsored by Pflugerville Arts Council, a 501(c)(3) corporation. RSVP's suggested to President@PflugervilleArtsCouncil.org.
