Bohls House Renovation Project is funded by the November 2014 Bond Election. The project consists of but is not limited to building improvements including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing renovations to an early 20th century house including exterior painting and construction of new entry ramp and stairs. The project also includes parking improvements and site accessibility improvements.
The City engaged MWM Design Group for the design of the Bohls House Renovation Project. The initial Scope of Work was to provide a Preliminary Design Report (PDR) that looks at the project sites to identify opportunities and constraints (environmental, historical, cultural, etc.), evaluates the previously completed Master Plans to fully vet the proposed amenities and provides updated preliminary designs and cost estimates.

Funding comes from the 2014 Parks bond that was approved by the voters for undeveloped parkland.
