Stone Hill Park is funded by the November 2014 Bond Election. The Stone Hill park was previously planned as part of the Trails Master Plan & Undeveloped Parks Study that was completed by RVi in July of 2014. Design and development of the 1849 Park is occurring via funds from the 2014 Bond Election.
The City engaged MWM DesignGroup for the design of the Stone Hill Project. The initial Scope of Work was to provide a Preliminary Design Report (PDR) that looks at the project sites to identify opportunities and constraints (environmental, historical, cultural, etc), evaluates the previously completed Master Plans to fully vet the proposed amenities and provides updated preliminary designs and cost estimates.
