June 1: Belle and the Beasts

Belle and the Beasts are an acoustic trio band featuring members of Austin standout rock bands That Girl Dre and Fair City Fire. Their music will get you on your feet and bring a smile to your face.

June 8: The Derailers Derailers

In a career that has given rise to more than a decadeʼs worth of fine-tuned, highly anticipated and wonderfully received music, the Derailers continue to build the relationship between song, listener and dance floor. Each album has been a mix of well-crafted original songs and cover songs so thoughtfully chosen and so representative of the band, fans think they are as original as the band themselves. Challenged by their fans to create a sound that mirrors the shuffle of happy boots on a hardwood floor, the Derailers have fed the hungry dancehall crowds with their classic country beats and a 60s pop sensibility. Fans continue to show their appreciation and admiration with requests for encores long after the last drink has been served.

Their music celebrates the legacies of Buck Owens, George Jones, Roy Orbison, Elvis Presley, Charlie Rich and the Beatles, while still being on the edge of todayʼs country music. Hofeldt describes his view of country music as, finding out what love really is, versus what you thought it was when you. For all the fans of the Derailers, love is all you need.

Salero! is a Latin Tropical Variety music band with rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cha cha, Son, Cumbia, Latin Jazz, Pop and why not, also Rock n Roll!

September 14: Candace Bellamy

Candace Bellamy
A physician by day and soul and blues singer by night, Bellamy took up singing as a hobby 12 years ago, paying dues in cover bands, musical theater (her role in an R&B version of “Porgy & Bess” impressed the New York Times), and with a one- woman show where she told stories of her life in between tunes.

Bellamy’s path then led to Austin, Texas where she has worked with many incredible songwriters including Ruth Carter (composer for Stevie Ray Vaughn, Robert Palmer, and John Mayall), bass playing legend Jimi Calhoun (player with Dr. John, Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, Wilson Pickett, Sly Stone) and Jake Langley (Roberta Flack, Willie Nelson, k.d. lang).

Bellamy utilized the lessons she learned from her songwriting mentors for her EP, Undone, released on May 5, 2017, writing songs about life she had seen and experienced through others. Undone is the story behind the story and how so many times we don’t see or have any idea what people are dealing with but that even in the midst of struggle, there is hope.
