Our Mission
The Engineering Department strives to ensure public facilities which serve  Pflugerville’s water, wastewater, transportation and drainage needs are properly designed and constructed in accordance with the City’s adopted standards and regulations.

Departmental Responsibilities

• Provide quality technical and regulatory review of private sector development
• Ensure responsible, efficient, and cost effective management of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
• Provide floodplain administration services
• Perform construction inspection services ensuring all public infrastructure is properly built according to approved plans and specifications.
