The city of Pflugerville Utility Billing Department monitors and manages the business and service components of all water, wastewater, trash and recycling services for the utility customers in the city and its service area. Upon moving or relocating to Pflugerville, new business customers and homeowners will establish their first city 'connections' in the Utility Billing Department. The staff in Utility Billing will assist you with these services:

• Water Softener Rebate Program
