Holiday Pickup Schedules
Observed holidays are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. With the holiday schedule, trash is picked up in the same week with pickup moving forward one day through Saturday.

Bulk Items
Progressive Waste Solutions offers residents bulk pickup for household items like stoves, washers and dryers, refrigerators*, freezers* and mattresses that are too large to put in the regular trash bin. Place your item at the curb on your regular trash day. The standard trash truck will not pick up the item, but a separate truck will be sent to retrieve the bulk item. It helps to call in advance to 512-990-6100 so Progressive Waste Solutions is prepared for your item. *Note: Any item containing freon must have it removed by a licensed technician and a certification sticker applied. Hazardous material, tires, fencing, carpet, stable matter and construction material are not accepted curbside.
If you have any questions about curbside bulk pickup, please call us at 512-990-6100.
