Memorial Day Weekend 2016
May 28 - 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
May 29 - 12 p.m.-8 p.m.
May 30 - 11 a.m.-8 p.m.

June 3 - Mid August:
Monday-Saturday 11 a.m-8 p.m.
Sunday 12 p.m.-8 p.m.


Pools are open for daily swim from June to mid-August. City pools follow the Pflugerville Independent School District calendar for opening dates and end-of-season closings.
Mentzer Pool
Ride the Slide: 
You must be at least 48 inches tall to ride either slide at the pool alone. An adult may ride with a child under 48 inches tall down the wide, straight family slide only.

Everyone entering the pool area, including infants and those not swimming, must pay admission. All children 12 years and younger MUST be accompanied by someone 16 years of age or older. No Exceptions!

  • Coast Guard Apprvd. life jackets                
  • Chairs & tables
  • Shade canopies

Things to leave at home:

  • Glass containers
  • Alcohol
  • Water guns & super soakers
  • Masks & snorkels
  • Large rafts & inner-tubes
  • Arm 'floaties' & children's floating rings
  • Small water toys

This facility is unable to accommodate large groups and daycare groups due to capacity issues. Gilleland Creek Pool has expanded facilities for large groups. Please call 512-990-6350 for information and to register your group.

Rental Pricing
Reservations are available when the pool is closed to the public for parties during the Summer season. For more information contact Kyle Benedict, the aquatics coordinator, at 512-990-6350

*A resident is someone who lives in the legal city limits of Pflugerville and pays city taxes, not just the the Pflugerville Independent School District taxes.
