Phoebe is a pretty girl of orange and white. She was scared being in the shelter and cautious around people so she spent some time in a foster home to help her relax around people and gain confidence.

Phoebe is very playful and loves to bat around small toys (especially bouncing balls). She gets along well with other cats. She's also discovered that being a lap kitty is kind of cool after all. She might be a little shy when you meet her, but she does well in a home environment.

Phoebe purrs happily and enjoys having her belly rubbed (which is very soft and fluffy!). She has crossed eyes, which only adds to her character. Because it limits her peripheral vision, she gets frightened easily by noises and sudden movements. She would do best in a quiet home with a stable routine and a cubby hole where she can feel safe if she gets frightened. Although she enjoys sitting in a window and looking outside, she will need to be an INDOOR only cat due to her hindered vision and timid nature.
