Annexations

The City of Pflugerville Home Rule Charter, Section 8.05 (d) requires that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend an annexation plan to the City Council annually.  In addition, the Local Government Code, Chapter 43, Subchapter C, requires that a municipal annexation plan be prepared three years prior to certain types of annexations becoming effective.

There are no 3-Year Annexation Plans for 2012.
