The Citizen tracker is a tool for citizens to use to report non-emergency concerns and requests to the City.
It may be used to submit general requests and problems, or to address specific concerns such as potholes on city streets, trash pickup issues, etc. You must sign in with a username and valid email address before using the Citizen Request Tracker tool. Once a request or problem is submitted, a request ID number is assigned for future reference and a confirmation email will be sent. |
