Recycle Center
To recycle items at the Recycle Center, you must be a resident and pay property taxes to the City of Pflugerville. In addition to the Recycle Center, the City residents also have access to both Limb Pickup and Bulk Pickup services.
Cleanout Cap Replacement Program
The City of Pflugerville's Cleanout Cap Replacement Program offers free one-time replacements of the plug portion of cleanout caps for Pflugerville wastewater customers.
Streets & Drainage
The Street Division of Public Works strives to maintain the best possible road infrastructure for the City of Pflugerville.
Sewer Backups and Blockages
The City of Pflugerville Line Maintenance Department is responsible for wastewater that flows to our wastewater plants (facilities) and lift stations.
Banner Policy
This policy pertains to banner placement over Pecan Street and 4th Street. The Banner Application must be completed and submitted back to City staff 30 days prior to the date the banner is to be displayed.

Cross Connection Control & Backflow Prevention
The purpose of cross connection control and backflow prevention is to ensure that all drinking water systems remain clean and safe for public use.
Fats, Oils, & Grease (F.O.G.) Program
The City of Pflugerville has implemented a Fats, Oils, and Grease (also known as F.O.G.) Management Program to minimize F.O.G. discharge into sewers from Food Service Establishments (FSEs).
Industrial Pretreatment Program
The City of Pflugerville has developed an Industrial Pretreatment Program, commonly referred to as a Pretreatment Program, to administer federal, state and local regulations on discharge of pollutants from commercial and industrial dischargers.
Line Maintenance
The Utility Line Maintenance Division relates to the water distribution and sewer collection systems. It is our mission to provide an operation and maintenance program that will keep these systems functioning at their top efficiency.

The City of Pflugerville Line Maintenance Department is responsible for the water distribution system, from our mains to your meter.
Water Quality Reports
The Consumer Confidence Rule requires public water suppliers serving the same people year-round (community water systems) to provide Consumer Confidence Reports (CCR) to their customers. These reports are also known as annual water quality reports or drinking water quality reports.
