PAWS offers discount adoptions for Adopt a Senior Pet Month

November is Adopt a Senior Pet Month. In honor of this, Pflugerville Animal Welfare Service's senior pets are $20 through the end of the month. There are many benefits to adopting a senior pet, including:

Senior Pet
  • Senior pets tend to be calmer.
  • Senior pets are usually already house-trained and know their basic commands (sit, stay, come). They are also usually past the chewing stage, so shoes, furniture and remotes are safe.
  • You don't have to worry about senior pets getting any bigger, since they're already fully grown.

Senior pets are incredibly grateful to be welcomed into a new home. To see all the pets available for adoption at P.A.W.S., including Romo (pictured), visit Help make a senior pet's day, and make them smile as big as Romo, by adding them to your pfamily today.
