City of Pflugerville closes public access to City Hall/Utility Billing,

Records and Development Services

Effective Wednesday, March 18, the City of Pflugerville is closing public access to City Hall (Utility Billing), Records (Justice Center) and Development Services. The closures help assist with social distancing and allow city staff to focus on city operations. Facilities are closed through March 31. These location closures are in addition to those that were closed on Monday, March 16 including Pflugerville Animal Welfare Services, Pflugerville Recreation Center, Pflugerville Public Library, Municipal Court and the Recycle Center.

While the City Hall and Utility Billing lobby is closed, customers can continue to pay utility bills and sign up, transfer or disconnect services online at utilitybilling.pflugervilletx.gov. Under the new Travis County Order, while these bills are still due, the City will not conduct utility cutoffs or charge late fees on water, sewer or garbage bills through May 1. For questions, please contact utilitybilling@pflugervilletx.gov or 512-990-6100.

While Records is closed, those who would like to submit an Open Records Request may do so at pflugervilletx.gov/openrecords. Anyone needing to submit an Accident Report or request an Alarm Permit may do so at police.pflugervilletx.gov. For additional assistance, please contact records@pflugervilletx.gov.

Development Services lobby is closed to the public; however, building inspections will continue with arrangements coordinated by calling 512-990-6300. Building permits can be submitted online at pflugervilletx.gov/building. For additional assistance, please email planning@pflugervilletx.gov.

For updates, the City encourages the public to visit pflugervilletx.gov/virus. Residents are encouraged to visit pflugervilletx.gov/connect to pick your way to receive city information.  Before visiting any other city facility, please check the City website or call the City at 512-990-6100.
