Both Travis and Williamson Counties have issued Orders effective at 11:59 p.m. on March 24, 2020 to limit activity, travel and business functions to only the most basic and essential needs. While there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Pflugerville at this time, the Orders tell residents to stay home to help eliminate community spread in the city and region.
The violation of any provision of the Order could pose a threat to public health. All individuals currently living in the City of Pflugerville are asked to “Stay Home and Work Safe.” If it is necessary to leave your residence, please maintain physical distancing of at least six feet from other people.
Please continue to:
· Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
· Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
· Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
· Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
