The City of Pflugerville, Texas is soliciting bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the Weiss Lane Lift Station Rehabilitation on Thursday, June 13, 2019. This project consists of by-pass pumping, removal and replacement of Pump # 3 discharge elbow, removal and replacement of Pump #2 guiderail system, removal and replacement of one section of 12-inch riser pipe for pump #1, installation of automatic air/vacuum release vales on all three existing pump discharges within the valve vault.

Separate sealed bids addressed to the City of Pflugerville, ATTN: Sabrina Schmidt, will be received until Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at the City of Pflugerville City Hall, 100 East Main, Suite 100, Pflugerville, Texas 78660 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in Suite 500. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for the project will be held on Friday, June, 7th at 10:00 A.M. at the Public Works Office located at 15500 Sun Light Near Way #B, Bldg. 6, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. The project site, Weiss Lane Lift Station, located at 18601 Weiss Ln., Pflugerville TX 78660 will be available to visit immediately after the meeting for any interested parties. Please park on Hidden Lake Crossing near the intersection of Weiss Lane and use the sidewalk to walk to the site.The City of Pflugerville reserves the right reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas
