COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)

El Malino Dr. and Bellemeade Blvd.
2019 CDBG Pavement Rehabilitation

The City of Pflugerville, Texas is soliciting bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work required for construction of improvements for the El Malino Drive and Bellemeade Boulevard – 2019 CDBG Pavement Rehabilitation.  This project includes paving, concrete ribbon curb, sidewalk and minimal storm drain pipe.

Copies of the specifications and bid documents will be on file and may be examined at the following locations:

  • City of Pflugerville Public Works Office, 15500 Sun Light Near Way #B, Pflugerville, Texas
  • www.civcastusa.com, Project ID –“2019 CDBG Pavement Rehabilitation”

Separate sealed bids addressed to the City of Pflugerville, ATTN: Sabrina Schmidt, will be received until Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 2:30 P.M. at the City of Pflugerville City Hall, 100 East Main, Suite 100, Pflugerville, Texas 78660 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in Suite 500. 

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for the project will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 11 A.M. at the Public Works Office located at 15500 Sun Light Near Way #B, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. 

This project contains Federal Funding and eligible bidders must adhere to certain contract requirements on this project. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City of Pflugerville may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received.  The right is also reserved to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted.  The City also has the right to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary.
