Americans with Disabilities Act

In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the city of Pflugerville will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs or activities. In order for the city to better assist individuals with disabilities who require special services to participate in city-sponsored services and programs, the City of Pflugerville requests that the individual contact the city forty-eight (48) hours in advance to request a required service (i.e. sign interpretative services, alternative audio/ visual devices, etc.) for a scheduled program, service or meeting. Please contact the city of Pflugerville ADA Coordinator, at 512-990-6400.

In accordance with the ADA, the City of Pflugerville is required to complete a self-evaluation of all city services, programs, and facilities. The evaluation is to identify and correct deficiencies that are not consistent with the requirements of Title II of the ADA. The City of Pflugerville is currently in the process of completing the self-evaluation and creating a Transition Plan to address non-compliant facilities within the city. Once complete, the Transition Plan will be available.

ADA Complaint

To file an ADA complaint regarding a non-compliant city service, program or activity, please complete the ADA Grievance Form (English) |  ADA Grievance Form (Spanish)  and file it with the City of Pflugerville ADA Coordinator:
