PISD PD Car PfieldThe Pflugerville Police Department and Pflugerville Independent School District work together to keep the students on all PfISD campuses safe, while addressing the unique requirements of campus safety and security. Chief Patrick Petherbridge leads the 24 officers who make the PfISD Police Department, which was formed in 2008 with only 13 officers.

School-based law enforcement officers, also known as School District Police Officers, are available to provide safety, security, law enforcement, and educational support to our 4 high school campuses, our 2 alternative school campuses, our 6 middle school campuses, our 21 elementary campuses, and our administrative, support, transportation, and district stadium facilities.

The District covers approximately 95 square miles, which includes all or parts of six municipalities, including Pflugerville, Austin, Coupland, Hutto, Manor, and Round Rock. The District serves approximately 25,431 students and employs over 3,000 staff members.

If you have an EMERGENCY situation dealing with a PfISD campus, dial 911.

For Non-Emergency assistance dealing with a PfISD campus, dial (512) 990-6700 and press 0.
